Great place to stay, clean great value for money. 45min walk to beach which I enjoyed but scooter hire would be handy otherwise getting a tuk tuk isn’t hard either.

Good facility for a good price

Facility is nice, pool zone is spacious and well maintained, room was clean. Reception also was so friendly to keep our luggage for 2 days while we roamed around Bohol by scooter. Price was good for what was offered. Water refill station included and a restaurant below.

Very nice hotel in Panglao with all the amenities and for an excellent price

The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept, the staff is very attentive and nice, WiFi is good and facilities are nice.

It’s a bit isolated from the rest of the island, so you need a car or bike to move around. Which is not necessarily bad if you want to be away from the hustle in town.

Solid place to stay! Ticked all the boxes for us! Thank you!

We had a very short but lovely time at this place! We ended up extending our stay for an extra night as we loved it so much. Rooms were really clean and quiet, Wi-Fi was good, air-con was great and quiet, there was a nice restaurant on site, basic gym to have a little workout but the highlight was the staff. Special mention to Arniel for he helping us with scooter hire, a taxi for when we left and teaching me some Filipino words and phrases! Salamat po!

Really nice hotel, the facilities are great and the staff is super nice and helpful. Good place to relax.

The location. Was a bit far of everything. It is fine if you can rent a bike, but for me that I don’t drive was a bit harder as I had to spend money on the tricycle to go everywhere.

Staff were great and the rooms are good. I swam in the pool everyday

They need to decide what the name of the hotel and restaurant are because it's confusing. Also they were doing some building work during my stay and it was very noisy in the afternoons so if that's an issue check with them to see if it's finished. Avoid the rooms directly above the restaurant kitchen because they can be noisy too

Thoroughly satisfied and appreciative

Really nice hotel very much as advertised in other comments here...friendly and accommodating staff, a restaurant with good food (in an area where, frankly, a lot of food options were disappointing), somewhat in the middle of nowhere but reasonably easy to get quick transportation to and from. Really pretty spot too. I appreciate the kindness, professionalism and the respect the staff gave me and my guest.

The foam in the bed was pretty lumpy! It didn't actually cause any sleeping problems, so it's no big, but we were a bit surprised at it. Not a dislike, but a suggestion: I think the place could use some kind of a vending machine or small shop where you can buy things like water or toiletries. You can get some of these things at the restaurant, but they close at 9 and also were closed for a holiday for most of one of the days there. This isn't a huge complaint, but considering it's fairly far from any other restaurants or sari-sari stores, and the resort closes fairly early, it would be a good addition.

I loved my stay here. The receptionists (Kisha and sorry I forgot the name of the two other people in the reception area, the guy whom I talked with while checking out and the sweet lady who was apologetic of an incident that happened one night because of a non-guest entitled foreigner coming and demanding security privileges LOL when he isn't even checked in there), kitchen staff esp Michelle (again bad with names) were extremely helpful during my stay. They answered my questions promptly. The roomkeepers (sweet young girl and Ate who did my laundry were helpful, too). Even the tricab driver they arranged for my pickup became my constant go-to tricab driver going around the city. Room was good for its price. I paid 5,040.00 for a 5D4N stay and had a bed all to myself. Lighting is good, too. Balcony had an overlooking view of the parking space. Room has its own Internet router so Inwas able to work remotely during my stay. Fast internet. Breakfast is good! Though it is not included in the price you pay because they have a separate restaurant that serves you that. Croissant was fluffy, flaky, buttery. Loved it! Didn't enjoy the pool but I had a couple of hours laying on their lounge pool seat. Good enough for me. Bathroom was spacious. Gave me enough toilies. They were generous with towels, LOL. Had a split AC which is an added comfort because it was not noisy. TV, no other channels but I am not a TV person so no complaints about it. I didn't realize that the place has no near small shops outside so a 10-15min drive from Jugalis to Alona which is where the scene of action is, is necessary. It is costly so I might just rent their bike next time. The thing that made this hotel and resort is their team of staff. Warm, trained to entertain, trained to attend to their guests' qualms and needs...I will come back definitely. Maybe if they'd have a convenience store inside the hotel vicinity, it would have helped a lot of guests.

Our stay is I will say excellent. All the staff are very friendly and accomodating especially Angel.

I book for a free breakfast.

We had an amazing time in Jugalis. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff very helpful. We were able to rent a motorcycle for a good price and traveled around the Panglao without any problem. The swimming pool is very clean and we couldn't complain.

Very pleased.

The staff were excellent and extended our stay without problems and for an excellent price whilst we were there. Restaurant food was excellent and fairly priced. Choice of international dishes to suit most tastes . Swimming pool was accessible and pleasant. All in all it was a very peaceful relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not particularly accessible on foot to the waterfront, which was my fault for not having brought my driving license. Having said that I believe the hotel will arrange transport.
